The fitness center noise at all hours is unbearable!!! I can't believe the room rates keep climbing while breakfast items taste artificial and unappetizing. A serious decline in quality calls for attention!!!

In my wife’s opinion, the sofa bed really needs an upgrade. It wasn't comfortable at all. A better mattress would make all the difference for families.

We had a short visit while attending a concert nearby. The location was perfect, surrounded by great dining options and just a stone's throw from the venue. The breakfast offered a solid variety, and I especially appreciated the cleanliness of both the hotel and our room. Although our room was initially noisy near the elevator, the staff quickly accommodated us by moving to a quieter space, which made a big difference during our stay.

Additionally, breakfast options felt pretty sparse, with limited choices and wholly disposable plates and utensils, which isn’t exactly ideal for a dining experience.

It was just a commendable fit for a weekend jaunt in Whitby with best value. The staff were really nice and eager to help when we needed directions to nearby restaurants. Parking can fill up quickly, so arrive early if possible.
